Job Description:
A company is looking for a US Staff Accountant to join their
global finance team in a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update the general ledger by posting journal entries
and ensuring the accuracy of financial data
Reconcile account balances, including bank statements and
intercompany transactions
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including
preparing financial statements and adjusting entries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
2-3+ years of prior experience in general ledger accounting
Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience
with NetSuite is a major advantage
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team
members
Eligible to work in the US
