seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Permanent Assistant
Controller to join our fast-paced marketing team. This role will be
instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our
financial information, while contributing to the overall success of

significant impact and advance your career. Responsibilities: As a
Permanent Assistant Controller, you will be tasked with a variety
of financial responsibilities, including: 1. Overseeing the
day-to-day operations of the finance department, including accounts
payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance. 2.
Assisting with the month-end closing process, ensuring all
financial reporting is completed accurately and on time. 3.
Utilizing QuickBooks to manage financial data and create detailed
financial reports. 4. Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and
produce financial reports or statements. 5. Establishing and
enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles. 6.
Coordinating and completing annual audits. 7. Providing
recommendations to improve systems and financial performance. 8.
Working closely with the Controller to ensure financial security
and compliance. 9. Participating in strategic data analysis,
research, and modeling for senior company leadership. 10.
Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as
needed. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Permanent
Assistant Controller position will have the following
qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a
related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification would be a
plus. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or
finance, preferably within the marketing industry. 3. Proficiency
in QuickBooks and other accounting software. 4. Strong knowledge of
financial reporting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. 5.
Experience with month-end closing procedures. 6. Excellent
analytical skills and attention to detail. 7. Strong organizational
skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 9. Ability to
work independently, as well as part of a team. 10. Strong
problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
based on accurate and timely analyses. 11. High level of integrity
and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and
