Job Description Job Description Job Title: Credit & Collections Specialist - Temporary (Hybrid) Location: El Segundo, CA Schedule: Hybrid (Tuesdays & Wednesdays in-office) Duration: 4-month assignment Pay Range: $36-$38/hour LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Credit & Collections Specialist for a temporary hybrid role in El Segundo. This position is ideal for a self-motivated professional who excels in managing customer accounts, resolving billing issues, and driving collection efforts in a fast-paced environment. Top Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to collect outstanding receivables and minimize bad debt. Provide customer service related to disputes, adjustments, reconciliations, and credit line needs. Research and resolve billing discrepancies, escalate issues, and maintain accurate documentation. Additional Duties: Prepare documentation for third-party collections or write-offs. Analyze data and manage reports related to assigned accounts. Participate in meetings, training, and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of collections experience Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems Strong customer service and negotiation skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent experience) High attention to detail and urgency Please click apply now and submit your resume.
