Center is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and
patient-focused Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in
our brand new practice in Glendale, CA. This role is key to
ensuring an exceptional patient experience—from the first phone
call to the completion of treatment. The ideal candidate will
manage front office operations while facilitating patient care.
This role will be a split between Glendale & Valencia Front Desk
Administration: Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and
warmth. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of
provider time. Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and
route calls appropriately. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient
records in the practice management system. Collect and post
payments, verify insurance, and handle billing inquiries. Ensure
compliance with HIPAA and office confidentiality standards. Team &
Office Support: Collaborate closely with clinical and
administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Contribute
to a positive, patient-centered, and team-oriented work
environment. Perform other duties as assigned to support the
success of the practice. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of dental
front office experience (implant or specialty experience
preferred). Strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures,
and insurance processes. Excellent communication and customer
service skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and
multitasking abilities. Proficiency in dental practice management
software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar). Professional appearance
and demeanor. Full-time, Monday through Thursday with occasional
Fridays as needed (schedule may vary based on practice needs).
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience
(implant or specialty experience preferred). Strong understanding
of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking
abilities. Proficiency in dental practice management software
(Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar). Professional appearance and
