Oh, we're also self-funded which gives us the freedom to work on whatever we think brings the most value to customers and communities in the long run!About You and this RoleYou are a seasoned tech marketer with experience on both the demand generation side and the marketing operations side. You are conversant in B2B Marketing metrics and have a strong viewpoint - rooted in experience and experimentation - around marketing automation best practices. You understand how data flows between Marketo and Salesforce - and when it doesn't, why it doesn't and how to fix it. You relentlessly chase down problems and run them to ground. You're self-motivated and capable of prioritizing when pulled in many different directions by stakeholders.You will be joining the constantly-growing global marketing operations team, owning all things related to the marketing automation platform. We recently migrated to Marketo and while everyone on the team has marketing automation experience, we have a skills gap for Marketo specifically, so deep Marketo experience is an absolute must for this role. Reporting to the Director of Global Marketing Operations, you will be supported by a strong and collaborative team of whip-smart Marketing Ops professionals.Key Objectives and Responsibilities

  • Be a primary resource of Marketo for the global marketing team, answering questions, offering recommendations and guidance, and building training and documentation.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the marketing automation process end-to-end (intake, program lifecycle, escalations)
  • Own the marketing automation roadmap, defining the yearly and quarterly objectives for the usage of the marketing automation platform, including the integration and evaluation of any associated technology
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations team members on projects and pilot programs to grow the Markops team to be a center of excellence
  • Utilize campaign and tech stack performance data to continually optimize marketing ops programs and processesRequired Qualifications
    • 2-4 years experience in B2B org, or with B2B clients if coming from the agency side
    • 4-6 years Marketo experience, with at least 2 years admin experiencePreferred Qualifications
      • Marketo Certified Expert within the past 3 years
