Position Series 0343 Major Duties (Job Description) You will provide support to the operating program of the Command. You will prepare initial work plans and draft reports based on existing procedures or observation of the activity studied. You will review both operational plans and current incoming work projects. You will make recommendations for improving methods. You will advise on the adequacy of the budgeting. You will determine the need for work standards and control systems. Qualification Summary GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning, coordinating and managing the Government Purchase Card Program (GCPC); ensuring regulatory compliance with federal laws and regulations; providing technical guidance regarding contracting procedures; AND analyzing policy and procedural problems. GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
