Responsibilities: As a CNC Maintenance Technician, your
responsibilities will include: 1. Performing regular preventive
maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities to ensure
optimal operation and minimize downtime. 2. Diagnosing and
repairing CNC machines, ensuring they are calibrated and
functioning at peak performance levels. 3. Troubleshooting and
repairing mechanical equipment including but not limited to motors,
pneumatic tools, hydraulic systems, and conveyor systems. 4.
Reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to
perform required maintenance and service. 5. Complying with safety
regulations and maintaining clean and orderly work areas. 6.
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting
changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase
efficiency of shop, department, or work crew. 7. Documenting all
performed work and maintaining records of maintenance and repairs.
8. Training and guiding less experienced technicians and operators
as needed. Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you
should possess the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5
years of experience as a CNC Maintenance Technician in the
manufacturing industry. 2. Proficiency in working with various
types of machinery, including calibration, pneumatics, motors, and
hydraulics. 3. A strong understanding of machine maintenance tech
and the ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of
equipment. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on
innovative solutions and continuous improvement. 5. Ability to read
and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and
maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. 6. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work
effectively both independently and as part of a team. 7. A high
degree of mechanical aptitude and a keen eye for detail. 8. A
commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and workplace
policies. 9. A relevant certification or diploma in Mechanical
Engineering or a related field would be advantageous. If you are a
