Integration Manager
The Integration Manager is responsible for translating customer requirements and other business needs into processes that are scalable, repeatable and reliable. This position is expected to partner with Brand Program Management and Customer Order to Cash Teams, along with cross-functional groups across the organization to highlight, understand, and resolve business process issues with new and existing customers. This position will report to the Senior Manager of Business Integration. Essential Functions

Lead cross-functional working teams to define ideal Order to Cash business processes for new customers.
Lead cross-functional process mapping sessions to document the current state of business processes for customers, and identifying improvement opportunities leveraging lean tools and methodologies.
Work with business leaders to ensure pain points for customers are clearly identified, and target dates for closing open items are met.
Drive standardization and develop recommendations for business processes to be offered to future customers.
Ensure alignment with key stakeholders and business leaders on process changes, improvements, and resource needs for implementation.
Responsible for communicating and escalating process, organizational and resource gaps that will cause disruption to the business
Delivers effective facilitation and project management for cross-functional business teams in support of improvement initiatives that will increase business process efficiencies and drive value for our customers.
Learn key business applications to facilitate streamlining processes.
Defines and implements change management strategies to ensure buy-in and support for business optimization initiatives, to include communications planning and implementation.
Ability to actively problem solve complex challenges and communicate / capture learnings.
List if any travel is required using percentage of time: 25% - on average travels 1 week out of the month

Minimum Qualifications: 6 Years - Cross- functional experience in Manufacturing, Operations, or other related field
4 Years - Experience in Lean Six sigma initiatives and Project Management
4 Years - Experience managing people/projects

Preferred Qualifications: 10+ Years- Cross- functional experience in Manufacturing, Operations, or other related field
6 Years - Experience in Lea and six Sigma initiatives and Project Management
6 Years - Experience managing people/projects

experience may include a combination of work experience and education

Cross-functional experience with Food and Beverage manufacturing operation including hands-on knowledge of injection and blow molding systems is highly preferred.
Demonstrated success in both lean and six sigma initiatives is highly preferred.
Proficiency with supply chain and/or plant operations.
Understanding ERP systems and comfort working on solutions around systems and technology.
Desire to drive continuous process improvement by challenging the way things are done and engaging all functions in the company.
Proficiency in, but not limited to: Microsoft Office Applications - Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Projects, Visio, etc.

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Self-motivated with a proven record of taking the initiative
Ability to adjust and execute in a very dynamic and ever-changing environment

Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields, or other related field
Demonstrated ability to systematically analyze data and to present back in an organized and succinct manner. While this is normally done with a Bachelor's degree or significant certification, those are not hard requirements.
