We leverage our strong analytical and execution competencies, detailed knowledge of the product and market, our ability to build and maintain positive relationships and our knowledge of Niagara's core competencies to help us achieve our goals of growing Niagara's Brand Manufacturing business.

    The Manager, Brand Manufacturing - Order to Cash is responsible for the operational and financial success of Brand Manufacturing customers. This position will focus on the success of a set of brand manufacturing customers to work with cross-functional teams to implement operational projects and change to achieve the company's strategic and financial goals. Working with the Director of Brand Manufacturing Order to Cash, this position will operationalize, implement and drive customer focused improvement projects to completion to elevate operational efficiency, customer service and profitability.Essential Functions
    • Leads programs and projects using innovative, agile and project management tools and techniques in the strategic development, change management and implementation of Order to Cash initiatives to ensure the organization's ability to profitably provide excellent service to brand customers.
    • Ensure that Brand Manufacturing customers' contractual obligations are met which include production and capacity commitments, logistics obligations, raw material availability and finished goods quality.
    • In collaboration with logistics, planning and manufacturing ensure that customer provided raw materials meet delivery and quality standards that optimize Niagara's production and logistics throughput.
    • Liaise with customers' operations, logistics and finance teams to drive process improvements and change management to drive supply chain efficiency and increase profitability.
    • Develop and manage customer specific KPIs that measure financial performance, contract adherence, inventory policy and supply chain continuity.
    • Working with cross functional teams lead Brand Manufacturing initiatives that drive sustainable resolution to systematic problems that significantly impact Brand Manufacturing Customers.
    • Coordinate across teams to manage, track and report project status to leadership to drive alignment among internal and external stakeholders.
    • In conjunction with the Finance team, drive creation of models to aid in better understanding overall financial performance and value creation of current and future state brand operations.
    • When necessary, collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to identify operational capabilities that will be necessary to profitably operationalize new business opportunities.
    • Conduct functional and process analysis to ensure alignment across Niagara ERP technologies to ensure efficient reconciliation between customer invoice, production and shipment delivery.
    • Manage the operational execution relationships with customers, coordinating with Niagara's Brand Manufacturing Sales team to ensure long-term success.
    • Collaborate with customers on their operational KPI/data needs and work internally to Niagara to facilitate and drive alignment and execution with those needs.
