  • Have the opportunity to build a satisfying career.We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for our Team Members.Associate Program ManagerThe Associate Program Manager (APM) is responsible for supporting cross-functional projects and programs for Brand Manufacturing. They will collaborate with their Program Manager and key stakeholders throughout the business including Product Development, Supply Chain, and Quality. They are responsible for supporting project timelines, key deliverables and new customer integration. In addition to working with the internal teams, they will closely interface with the external customers in fielding inquiries and providing project updates.Essential Functions
    • Responsible for project data governance and associated project data integrity within the PPM tool and other reports.
    • Responsible for managing assigned project tasks, reports and cross functional updates.
    • Support several complex and new product initiatives through key milestones
    • Drive accountability to project critical path deliverables
    • Identify and communicate risks to project timelines and deliverables.
    • Support cross-functional meetings with key stakeholders to review project status, key deliverables, risks, issues, decisions and actions
    • Develop strong partnerships at all levels across the commercial and technical teams
    • Ensure that project status reports are relevant, transparent, and add value
    • Work independently, with limited day-to-day guidance from leadership
    • 25% Travel - on average travels 1 week out of the month

        • 4 Years - Experience in Manufacturing/Operations/Business Development
        • 4 Years - Experience in Position

            • 6 Years- Experience in Manufacturing/Operations/Business Development
