*JOB OVERVIEW*

Our rapid growth has led to our exciting expansion in the North American market! We are now looking for a strategic & results-driven Sales Development Manager with excellent communication skills who enjoys building, leading, and working in CDN/cloud industry. This role will eventually form the core of our expanding Sales and Business Development Management team. It is a unique opportunity to work with our Head of Sales to help create the roadmap to our future growth initiatives in NA.

Our ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in and will be primarily responsible for outbound prospecting (including, but not limited to): gather & identify prospect insights, generate strong interest, qualify leads, and arrange meetings within assigned sales segments, and contribute to overall new business revenue targets.

The Sales Development Manager is a Full-Time position based in Diamond Bar, CA with hybrid remote flexibility.

*YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

* Proactively self-generate, maintain, and update a database of leads through referrals, networking groups, cold calling/emailing, etc.
* Qualify leads- Identify key players and set up quality meetings with potential prospects to figure out their needs, create product demand and to convert those leads into new business relationships.
* Provide best-in-class customer service and act as an in-market consultant for CDNetworks.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional support teams to translate customer requirements and suggest product recommendations and technologies to help customers advance their business.
* Work closely with Head of Sales to generate new leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
* Stay up to date on industry trends and news, competitor activity, and new product/service offerings

*WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: *

* Associate Degree in business administration, sales or relevant field
* Hands-on experience with account research, product demos, and qualification processes
* 5+ years of experience in B2B sales in software-as-a-solution, service or consulting industry
* 5+ years of working knowledge of CDN, Edge Services, and Cloud Security
* Working experience with a CRM, Office365 and Google Applications
* Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful business relationships
* Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Strong ability to apply sound judgment, innovation and appropriate creativity in management of client relationships
* Work efficiently and independently; yet function successfully as part of a team

*PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: *

* Must be able to meet the physical demands of travel (up to 20% travel required)

*SALARY & BENEFITS: *

* $80,000-$110,000 yearly with Competitive Commission Plan - Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
