The Director of Information Technology Support will be responsible for supporting employees technology needs in the corporate office and manufacturing facilities, while providing direction in all technology-related issues in support of information operations and core organization values.--Essential FunctionsOversee IT Help Desk and Field Services operations in a 24x7 environment.Respond to complex escalated matters and ensure IT Infrastructure meet operational requirements.Ensure IT security policies are adhered to.Ensure IT SLA s are met.Develop, update, and enhance Company s long-term IT Infrastructure Suport RoadmapCollaborate with internal customers on overall technology strategy as well as specific customer strategy for Infrastructure operations based on business priority, customer needs, and overall best practicesDelivery of significant IT Infrastructure Support projects including: planning, budgets, timelines, resource requirements, and tracking & execution to plan on these projectsMentors, coaches, and manages direct reports by establishing specific goals and objectivesWorks closely with business management to align technology with the requirements to promote efficiency across the enterprise (process optimization)Negotiates and manages major IT Infrastructure Vendor relationships (HW suppliers, and systems implementation partners) to drive value and performancePlease note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
