Members.Finance Training Associate ManagerThe Finance Training
Associate Manager is a strategic internal partner who executes the
delivery of newly developed training programs, as well as being a
support resource with other learnings. This role focuses on
building key relationships internally, and aids in generating
awareness of learning offerings. Additional responsibilities
include course management, reporting, pre/post-learning analysis,
researching education opportunities, information gathering, needs
analysis, and execution of marketing efforts. This employee will
also help with less technical content creation.Essential
Functions:Core FunctionsFacilitation of Finance training
programsUse a variety of instructional techniques conducive to
adult learning and engagementEstablish credibility and a positive
learning environment with the participantsPrepare and teardown the
classroomOrder supplies as needed for learning endeavorsRemain
abreast on industry trends and best practices within instructor-led
facilitationCreate and maintain a culture of accountability with
the participantsCourse management for new team member
onboardingManage new hire checklists based on the Finance
roleAssign training content based on the Finance functionConnect
new hires with respective teams and peersMaintain the roster,
including attendance and drop requestsBuild key relationships with
internal clients, both current and futureRadiate positivity and be
approachableCreate a safe space for individuals to feel comfortable
enough to speak up, ask questions, and make requestsDesign
marketing plan for Finance TrainingPromote existing and upcoming
educational offerings and toolsMaintain the Finance Training Splash
page and newsletterResearch learning opportunities, alternative
solutions, and best practicesConduct pre and post learning
analysisUnderstand success criteria as an expected result of
training contentSurvey participants to understand level of
engagement and satisfactionEvaluate pre and post training
knowledgePerceivedDemonstratedSuggest modifications to curriculums
to better meet the needs of the businessReport & analyze learning
dataPull manual data from various sourcesMaintain and publish
