At Niagara, we re looking for Team Members who want to be part of achieving our mission to provide our customers the highest quality most affordable bottled water.Consider applying here, if you want to:Work in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment with a chance to make an impact.Develop lasting relationships with great people.Have the opportunity to build a satisfying career.We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for our Team Members.Payroll Associate ManagerWorking on large scope and complex operations, the Associate Manager of Payroll supports the Sr. Payroll Manager to ensure that payroll is consistently processed accurately and on-time by working closely with the Payroll team, cross-functional departments including, but not limited to, Human Resources, Tax, Benefits, Finance, and Information Technology.Essential FunctionsMaintains current operating knowledge of timekeeping and payroll systems and software.Maintains accuracy of timekeeping data including but not limited to: timecards, attendance, PTO, and analytics.Provides payroll analytics to Sr. Manager, PayrollMonitors and mitigates issues related to payroll processing.Encourages the use of technology to eliminate manual processes.Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.Identifies and implements process improvements to streamline end-to-end payroll processing.Ensures monthly, quarterly and annual tax reporting are processed timely and accurately.Manages annual and quarterly payroll audits and reviews, including 401k and workers comp.Works closely with Finance, IT, and HR Operations to continuously improve business processes through automation and technology improvements.Manages vendor relationshipsMaintains strict confidentiality of all employee and other payroll related information.Please note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
