Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pre-Litigation Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage personal injury cases through
pre-litigation
Maintain detailed documentation and provide regular case updates to
clients
Gather and organize legal documents, analyze medical records, and
draft settlement demands
Required Qualifications
Minimum of two years of experience managing personal injury tort
cases
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
Prior experience in litigation or pre-litigation at a law firm is
highly desired
Strong understanding of auto accident claims and settlement
negotiations
Familiarity with auto and health insurance subrogation is a
plus
