Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement advocacy strategies aligned with company
objectives
Identify and engage advocates from the customer base for various
promotional activities
Manage advocacy campaigns and track program effectiveness through
reporting and analysis
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in customer marketing strategy within a B2B
SaaS environment
Experience with marketing platforms such as Salesforce and
Marketo
Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and Tableau
Proven ability to manage advocacy programs and campaigns
effectively
Experience in project management tools such as Asana
