Lead and support the Community Management team to drive engagement
and operational success across Adobe Experience Cloud product
communities
Partner with community management leadership to achieve KPI success
and remove operational blockers
Manage community team budget and ensure effective execution of
community strategies focusing on growth and operations
Required Qualifications:
Profound experience in B2B SaaS community management and customer
success
Demonstrated team leadership and program management experience
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud products is preferred
Proficiency with community platforms like Khoros
Flexibility in working hours to accommodate global
collaboration
