Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director, National Grants and Foundation Relations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, execution, and growth of the foundation and grants program, ensuring accountability for over $10M in annual revenue
Develop and maintain relationships with foundation partners, while designing and implementing fundraising strategies for long-term support
Collaborate with senior leadership to align grant priorities with the organization's mission and ensure compliance with grant requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
Minimum of 7 years of experience in foundation relations and grant strategy, preferably in a health or science-focused nonprofit
Proven ability to manage a seven-figure portfolio of foundation donors and produce complex proposals
Demonstrated success in securing U.S. and global foundation funding
Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and motivate teams
