Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Data Analytics to provide
leadership within a population health team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage processes and staff to achieve operational excellence and
own end-to-end processes
Develop and implement population health analytics programs,
including the use of NLP concepts
Conduct statistical analyses and produce dashboards to monitor
quality and performance metrics
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in team and program management
7+ years of experience in health care analytics
3+ years of experience analyzing NLP extracts or working with an
NLP development team
Advanced knowledge of clinical terminologies and healthcare coding
systems
Proficient in cloud platforms, databases, programming languages,
and data visualization tools
