Job Description:
A company is looking for a Process Optimization Manager to
enhance operational excellence through process improvement
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the process optimization function, identifying
areas for improvement and implementing initiatives
Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams
to gather inputs and recommendations for process enhancements
Analyze KPIs and produce data-driven insights to drive operational
improvements and report findings to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
7+ years of relevant experience in process optimization or quality
management
Experience in project management with strong organizational
skills
Knowledge of quote to cash and procure to pay processes
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Business, Economics,
Finance, or Operations preferred
Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or ISO
9001 are a plus
