Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to
drive customer adoption and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide new customers through a seamless post-onboarding
experience
Proactively engage with customers to ensure feature adoption and
value realization
Educate customers on best practices and provide tailored
solutions
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management,
Sales, or a related customer-facing role
Experience managing a portfolio of SMB and mid-market customers
Comfortable with technical conversations and explaining software
features
Experience with CRM tools and customer engagement platforms
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
