Job Description:
A company is looking for a Coaching Customer Success Manager to
manage a portfolio of complex Enterprise customers and ensure
customer retention and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Establish trusted relationships with customers and drive the value
of products and services
Consult with customers to implement and evaluate digital coaching
programs
Analyze account health and identify opportunities for upselling and
cross-selling
Required Qualifications
7+ years of Customer Success experience or equivalent, with a
Bachelor's Degree in business, education, or a related field
Experience with Salesforce CRM and Customer Success tools
Solid knowledge of the digital learning industry and its business
drivers
Training or consulting experience with account management
responsibility
Effective project management and organizational skills for managing
a high-volume customer base
