Job Description:
A company is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee financial
strategy and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and
management reporting processes
Supervise team activities, conduct performance evaluations, and
oversee recruitment and training
Produce financial reports and ensure accuracy in balance sheet
account analysis and journal entries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience,
or a combination of education and experience
Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
preferred
Leadership skills to motivate and improve team performance
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
