Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Patient Services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute a portfolio of projects, delegating tasks to
team members and overseeing change management
Ensure quality and service standards are met while fostering client
relationships and troubleshooting escalated issues
Oversee financial targets, client retention, service level targets,
and staff development within Patient Services
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree
preferred
10 - 15 years of relevant experience, or 8 - 12 years with a
Master's degree
Pharmacy Technician License may be required depending on program
and state requirements
Proven leadership skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Experience in managing budgets, service, and quality goals
