This is a unique role that combines the healthcare and financial sectors, providing a stimulating and challenging environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive health services to students, faculty, and staff while also having a keen understanding of financial systems and processes. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities: 1. Provide comprehensive health services, including first aid, illness, and emergency care to students, faculty, and staff. 2. Maintain, update, and ensure the confidentiality of student health records in line with medical and legal guidelines. 3. Collaborate with school staff and parents to manage student health concerns. 4. Develop and implement school health management protocols, policies, and procedures. 5. Conduct regular health assessments and screenings. 6. Provide health education and counseling to students, faculty, and staff. 7. Participate in the development of the school’s health program. 8. Liaise with healthcare providers and insurance companies on behalf of the school. 9. Understand and adhere to financial regulations and standards within the healthcare sector. 10. Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial reports related to school health services. 11. Provide financial advice and guidance on healthcare-related matters. Qualifications: 1. Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a valid nursing license. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in school nursing or a similar role. 3. Experience in maintaining and managing medical records. 4. Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and best practices. 5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 6. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Proficient in the use of medical software and computer systems. 8. Experience in the Accounting Finance industry is a plus. 9. Strong understanding of financial systems and processes. 10. Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and professionalism at all times. 11. CPR and First Aid certification. 12. Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field is preferred.
