Job Description Description Our Head and Neck Surgery department
is seeking/na general otolaryngologist to join our dynamic team in
providing world class/nclinical care across the UCLA Head and Neck
Surgery Community clinics. The/nsurgeon will manage patients with
general otolaryngology complaints and/nclinical diagnosis, as
assigned by the department Chair. The ideal/ncandidate will have
expertise in treating all general Otolaryngology- Head and/nNeck
Surgery conditions in office and operating room settings. A
majority of/nthe surgical cases will be provided at local
Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs);/nwith minority of surgical cases
provided al local hospitals. ASCs are open five/n(5) days a week
and may include some evening or weekend schedules. The
Staff/nphysician, Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery will
complete patient/ndocumentation on time and deliver evidence-based
care in a compassionate and/npersonalized manner. Call coverage, as
needed. The University of/nCalifornia, Los Angeles is required to
provide an estimate of the salary range/nfor this role. This range
takes into account the wide range of factors that are/nconsidered
in making compensation decisions. Salary offers are determined
based/non candidate qualifications and experience. The target total
compensation for this/nposition is 250,000.00-999,000.00.
Qualifications Requirements: - Board Eligible or Certified by
American Board of Otolaryngology in Head and Neck Surgery. Board
Eligible candidates must complete their boards within 1 year of
training completion. - Must maintain good working relationships
with UCLA Health System partners and support staff. - Must travel
between UCLA Head and Neck Surgery Community Clinics, as needed. -
Must hold a CA license
