Role: Join Skilled Nursing Pharmacy as a Staff Pharmacist, where
you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional
pharmaceutical care to our patients. This position offers an

management. Responsibilities: Dispense medications accurately and
efficiently while ensuring patient safety. Provide medication
counseling and education to patients and healthcare providers.
Review and interpret physician prescriptions for appropriateness
and accuracy. Monitor patient medication therapies and collaborate
with healthcare teams. Maintain accurate records of prescriptions
and patient information. Ensure compliance with state and federal
pharmacy regulations. Participate in quality improvement
initiatives and pharmacy audits. Stay updated on pharmaceutical
advancements and best practices. Requirements: Doctor of Pharmacy
(PharmD) degree from an accredited institution. Active pharmacist
license in the state of California. Minimum of 1 year of experience
in a pharmacy setting preferred. Strong knowledge of pharmacology
and medication management. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced
environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
