Job Description Job Description Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health - $5,000 Sign on Bonus Location: Oxnard, CA Work Type: Full Time Compensation: $60–$65/hr paid drive time between visits mileage reimbursement $5,000 sign-on bonus A well-established, respected home health provider is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) for an Oxnard-based role with a tight 10-mile territory and real schedule autonomy. This opportunity is ideal for PTs seeking less driving, lower daily volume, and better work-life balance — without sacrificing income or clinical autonomy.
