Clerical duties of managing care with equipment, supplies and documents needed for compliance. Serves as a reference point for any clinical interventions that may require a pharmacist. Schedule Details Location:On-Site (Laguna Hills, CA) Hours:MondayFriday, 7:00AM-3:30PM or 8:00AM-4:30PM. Duties and Responsibilities Collect basic patient information as instructed. Help schedule medication deliveries and refills. Update and maintain delivery schedules. Answer patient phone calls and direct questions to the appropriate team member. Provide basic information about medication deliveries and supplies. Help collect required forms and signatures. Assist with entering medication and supply orders under supervision. Communicate with pharmacy and nursing teams to support timely deliveries. Report patient concerns or issues to a supervisor or clinicalteam members. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer and data entry skills. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Ability to follow company policies and safety guidelines. Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service or administrative experience. Experience in a healthcare, pharmacy, or medical office setting. Familiarity with basic medical terminology. Experience answering phones and working with patients or customers. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
