We’re known for integrative, body-aware therapy that extends beyond traditional talk work. All intakes and client matching are handled directly by the founder to ensure strong clinical fit. We’re seeking a licensed therapist with substantial training and experience in couples therapy. The role includes working with both couples and individual clients. We’re looking for a therapist who is confident leading couples work and able to provide clear direction when dynamics become stuck or reactive. Experience with EMDR and/or somatic approaches is strongly preferred. Flow House maintains strong referral relationships within the broader psychotherapy community, including established clinicians and authors in the couples space. Couples referrals are steady and high quality. This is a part-time position (caseload built gradually) with administrative support and flexibility in how you structure your schedule. In-person availability in Santa Monica is welcomed but not required.
