Job Description Desert Valley Hospital in Victorville, CA is looking for an Otolaryngologist (ENT Doctor) to join our multi-specialty medical group and help build the practice. Position Details Will be employed by Desert Valley Medical Group, a multi-specialty group affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital. Full-Time Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Physician. Board-Certified in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery (preferred) Preferred Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM) – NO weekends. Mostly Outpatient and occasional Inpatient Consults. This is a new specialty that we’ll offer, and we are looking for someone to help the medical group build the practice and service line. Offers flexibility and autonomy on building the practice. Base Salary Production Bonus (50% of collections) Salary ranges from $500K to $600K and is negotiable. Sign on bonus and Relocation allowance will also be given.
