Job Description OPEN POSITION: Physician - Vascular Medicine
Clinic SCHEDULE: Full-Time 40 Hours per Week 4-Day and 5-Day
Options Monday to Friday No Weekends No Holidays No Evenings No
On-Call COMPENSATION: $450,000 to $750,000 Annual Income $250,000
to $350,000 Base Salary, negotiable depending on experience
Productivity Bonus Structure (begins immediately; no threshold)

Off Package Professional Expenses Paid Details Negotiable LOCATION:
Thousand Oaks, California Oxnard, California some rotation between
offices required one office per day COMPANY PROFILE: This
physician-owned-and-led private practice opened in 2015 and offers
a full scope of vein disease services in a comfortable, boutique
setting focused on excellent patient experiences. Being owned and
operated entirely by board certified physicians, their offices
offer providers the day-to-day autonomy of working in a private
practice setting, while receiving the support of a larger
infrastructure. With a talented team of physicians, nurse
practitioners, and physician assistants, they operate nearly 50
offices in 6 states and are excited to expand with this new
location. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Physicians see an average of 25
patients per day with the support of an on-site sonographer and
fully-trained medical assistants, who also assist with charting and
documentation. Specific duties of the role include: radiofrequency
ablation laser ablation sclerotherapy VenaSeal ClariVein
consultations follow-up visits The practice sees patients for,
among other conditions: restless leg syndrome venous insufficiency
leg swelling / heaviness varicose veins spider veins The practice
uses the NextTech EHR and is an all-digital environment with
state-of-the-art equipment. REQUIREMENTS: California medical
license DEA Board Certification or Eligibility, relevant field 1
year relevant experience strongly preferred less experienced
