Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Inbound Customer
Service Agent - Consumer Relations (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Resolve escalated customer service issues in both English and
Spanish
Follow up with customers through various communication methods to
ensure resolution of appliance-related concerns
Coordinate with internal departments to advocate for customers and
implement solutions
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
Minimum of 2 years of escalated customer service experience
Moderate to advanced computer skills, including navigating multiple
online applications
Previous experience working from home is preferred
