With guidance from the Talent Development Manager, this role collaborates across the business and HR group to drive continuous improvement and end to end project management. The Talent Development Associate Manager is also responsible for leading and developing the team's Talent Development Associates in their day to day activities and projects.Essential Functions
  • Partners closely with the Talent Development Manager to monitor effectiveness of current talent development and talent management programs using key performance metrics and supports strategy revision to achieve established goals in these areas
  • Works with team to continually improve talent pipeline program design to improve the participant experience, conversion, and retention
  • Leads and develops two Talent Development Associates in day to day activities and projects including:
    • Support and administration of all Special programs across HQ and Plants: Summer Internship Program (SIP), Professional Development Program (PDP), Manufacturing Development Program (MDP) and other programs as needed
    • Special programs event planning and budget management
    • Executing organization-wide Annual Awards process
    • Partners with the Talent Acquisition team to optimize campus recruiting process and execution
    • Serve as secondary (at times primary) point of contact for program participants and/or their leaders
    • Leads end to end project management and implementation in the areas of onboarding, performance management / ongoing feedback, talent assessment, recognition and engagement across the organization
    • Identifies opportunities to gather data and insights which will inform the design of talent strategies and programs
    • Identifies opportunities and makes suggestions to improve overall organizational ability to leverage the internal talent pool and drive internal critical role fill rate
    • Partners with the HRIS team to implement talent processes within Workday, and also researches best practices and makes recommendations to enhance the use of existing functionality related to the talent process within Workday
    • Partners with Human Resource Business Partners and business leaders to proactively anticipate talent gaps and recommend appropriate solutions

      • Minimum Qualifications:
        • 4 Years - Experience in Talent Development, Human Resources or related field
        • 4 Years - Experience in position in talent development
        • 2 Years - Experience managing people/projects *experience may include a combination of work experience and education
