Partner - Commercial.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, advising on
talent strategy and influencing decisions related to team health
and performance
Handle employee relations issues across multiple countries while
balancing legal regulations and finding beneficial solutions
Lead change management initiatives and support HRBPs in navigating
organizational changes and driving clarity
Required Qualifications
7+ years of progressive global HR experience, including leadership
roles managing HR professionals
Experience supporting strategic and frontline teams in fast-paced
environments
Deep expertise in performance management, employee relations,
organizational development, and change management
Strong influencing skills and executive presence with a track
record of driving change
Proven ability to build trust and foster inclusive workplaces
through a data-informed approach
