Key Responsibilities
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding,
offboarding, and employee relations
Process international payroll and benefits administration while
ensuring compliance with employment laws
Oversee vendor relationships and operational tasks to enhance
organizational efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field
A minimum of 3+ years of experience in human resources or
operations roles in a high-growth environment
Experience in international payroll administration
Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations
Experience managing vendor relationships and payments
