District Classified application, supplemental form and all of the
following documents: Letter of Interest, Resume, Copy of Transcript
and three (3) Letters of Recommendation, must be submitted to the
Personnel Commission Office by the filing deadline.
SELECTION PROCEDURE:
This is an OPEN recruitment to establish an eligibility list and
fill a vacancy. The eligibility list will be used to fill permanent
vacancies which may occur during the life of the eligibility
list.This position is full-time, 12 months per year.The recruitment
process will consist of an evaluation of the submitted supplemental
form and an oral technical interview, which is tentatively
scheduled during the weeks of June 16-27, 2025. Qualified
applicants will be notified by US mail or email.Under the direction
of the Chief Personnel Officer, supervise the personnel operations
and activities of the Office of Human Resources; perform and
coordinate the complex and technical duties related to employment
issues with an emphasis on classified personnel; assist the Chief
Personnel Officer in all aspects of planning, analysis and
maintaining of best practices.
Any combination of training and experience equivalent to:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a
major in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology,
Business Administration, School Administration, or a related field;
and five years of professional experience in administration,
development and research related to human resource supervision
procedures, including two years in a supervisory role.Compensation
