experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our team in City
of Industry, California. This is a contract position where you will
play a vital role in supporting HR operations and ensuring smooth

apply. Responsibilities: • Manage and process legal forms and
documentation with accuracy and efficiency. • Conduct background
checks and ensure compliance with company policies and legal
standards. • Handle benefit administration tasks, including
enrollment and updates. • Coordinate employee engagement activities
to promote a positive work culture. • Provide back-office support
for HR operations, maintaining organized records and files. • Draft
and manage legal correspondence related to HR matters. • Perform
data entry tasks to update and maintain HR systems, including UKG
Ready. • Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports
and documentation. • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
for employees. • Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on
HR policies and procedures.• Proven experience in human resources
administration or a similar role. • Knowledge of legal forms and
documentation processes. • Familiarity with conducting background
checks and compliance procedures. • Understanding of benefit
functions and employee engagement strategies. • Proficient in using
HR software, particularly UKG Ready. • Strong organizational skills
with attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills for
handling legal correspondence and employee interactions. • Ability
to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced
environment.
