Job Description:
A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical oversight for estimates and ensure alignment with
portfolio offerings
Act as a technical interface to clients, developing business
opportunities and managing financial outcomes
Develop solution design models and maintain implementation status
while resolving issues with client technical staff
Required Qualifications
4-8+ years of consulting experience in Oracle HCM
implementation
Hands-on experience with HDL Conversions, Transformation fast
formulas, and HSDL Loads
Experience in setting up BPM Workflow Approval rules and building
Payroll, Benefits, and Absences fast formulas
Knowledge of creating custom roles and application extensions using
VBCS
Ability to manage client relationships and lead a team
effectively
