This is an excellent opportunity for any transactional attorney seeking to further develop their skillset on complex transactions while materially supporting the operations of a high-growth, market leader.This position works cross departmentally and aims to facilitate the Company s purchasing needs while reducing exposure to liability and risk. This is a full-time exempt position, preferably on a hybrid basis, but strong, remote candidates will also be equally considered. Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; however, evening and weekends may be required as job duties demand.Essential FunctionsDraft and negotiate various commercial contracts, especially within the material supply & ingredient procurement, information technology and research and development practice areas;Analyze and interpret laws, statutes and regulations, and identify areas of compliance, as well as potential vulnerability and risk;Perform contract review and interpretation to advise and support internal business teams.Maintains accurate records and logs to ensure reporting accuracy.Occasional business travel and special legal projects on an as-needed basis.(Please note this is not intended to be a definitive list of activities, duties or responsibilities.)QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:4 Years
