Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their legal
team.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, analyze, and negotiate contracts and vendor
agreements
Handle commercial disputes and coordinate with outside counsel in
litigation matters
Provide legal advisory on corporate matters, insurance, labor and
employment, and intellectual property
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctorate is required
Minimum of two years of relevant experience
Must be admitted to the bar in the United States
Proven experience in drafting and negotiating contracts
Preferred experience in the architectural, engineering, or
construction industry
