Job Description Job Description Partner Family Law Partner - Family Law Attorney | Los Angeles, CA A highly respected Los Angeles law firm with over four decades of experience in family law is seeking a Partner-level Family Law Attorney to join its distinguished practice. This is an opportunity to lead complex, high-asset family law matters while working with an accomplished team of attorneys in a collaborative and professional environment. Salary & Benefits - $200,000 - $300,000 annually, commensurate with experience and book of business - Performance-based bonuses and partnership track incentives - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) - Generous paid time off and holidays - Professional development and continuing legal education support - Administrative and litigation support from a highly skilled team Qualifications - J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership - 6 years of experience practicing family law, with substantial experience in high-asset divorce, custody, and support matters - Established reputation in the Los Angeles legal community with a demonstrated history of successfully managing sophisticated cases - Strong litigation and negotiation skills, with experience handling trials and settlement conferences - Proven ability to generate or bring a portable book of business preferred - Excellent leadership, mentorship, and client relationship management abilities Responsibilities - Lead and manage complex family law cases from inception through resolution - Represent clients in court hearings, trials, depositions, and settlement negotiations - 125/month billable hours (1500 annual) - Provide strategic legal counsel on divorce, custody, support, and property division matters - Oversee junior attorneys and paralegals, providing guidance and mentorship - Collaborate with firm leadership on business development and client growth initiatives - Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and client service - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
