Job Description Job Description Job Title: Litigation Attorney - Lemon Law (Onsite) Location: Century City, CA Billables: Standard plaintiff-side expectations, discussed directly with hiring manager Base Salary: Up to about 200,000 DOE Total Compensation: Significant bonus potential based on motion, depo, and case performance metrics What This Firm Does This consumer-focused firm represents plaintiffs in Lemon Law matters across California. The team runs a high-volume litigation practice with real courtroom work, motion practice, and aggressive case strategy. Associates here are expected to take ownership of files, move cases, and contribute directly to revenue. Why This Role Stands Out This role is for a litigator who wants to be in the mix. You will be in the office, working closely with other attorneys, getting face time with leadership, and moving a robust caseload. There is a clear path to Senior Associate for high performers, and associates historically earn strong bonuses when they outperform. What You Will Do Manage a Lemon Law litigation caseload from filing through resolution Draft and argue motions in state and federal court Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and corporate reps Handle mediations, settlement conferences, and case strategy with supervising attorneys Communicate with clients, opposed counsel, and the internal team to keep cases moving Coordinate with discovery attorneys to streamline written discovery and file prep What You Need JD from an accredited law school Active California Bar in good standing 3 years of litigation experience, ideally including consumer, PI, or similar plaintiff work Solid motion practice and deposition experience Ability to manage a fast-moving caseload with deadlines and competing priorities Comfort working onsite and collaborating closely with a team Work Model Onsite in the firm’s office 5 days per week (team preference) High collaboration with leadership and other litigators Clear expectations and structured development plans Compensation and Benefits Base salary up to about 200,000 DOE Strong bonus potential tied to performance and clearly defined metrics Full benefits package (health, PTO, 401(k), etc.) discussed directly with the firm Defined path to Senior Associate within roughly 18 to 24 months for high performers Interested?
