/ retail organization is seeking a midlevel Corporate Counsel to
support a broad range of commercial and corporate legal matters.
This role has a strong focus on technology/SaaS agreements, data
privacy compliance, and crossfunctional commercial contracting.
This is an excellent opportunity for a transactional attorney who
enjoys working in a dynamic, fastpaced environment and partnering
directly with business teams across the company. This is a
fulltime, inoffice position based in Los Angeles. What You'll Do:
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial
agreements Support technology, SaaS, AI related, and data focused
contract negotiations Manage contract lifecycle processes and
coordinate with legal operations Advise on data privacy, consumer
protection, and digital compliance matters Support international
operations and crossborder vendor relationships Coordinate with
outside counsel on jurisdictionspecific issues Develop, update, and
maintain internal policies and procedures Partner closely with
engineering, digital, supply chain, and commercial teams What We're
Looking For: Active admission to the California bar 5-7 years of
transactional experience (Big Law and/or inhouse) - must have J.D.
from a toptier law school with strong academic performance Strong
experience negotiating commercial and technology agreements (SaaS
required) Working knowledge of data privacy frameworks and digital
compliance Excellent communication, organizational, and drafting
skills Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
with minimal supervision Familiarity with AI, software, or digital
product legal considerations (preferred) Exposure to international
contracting or crossborder commercial matters (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits: $175,000 - $225,000 base salary, dependent
upon on experience and location, plus eligibility for bonuses and
