Onsite Essential ? 3 Key Consulting is hiring a Manufacturing
Process Technician for a consulting engagement with our direct
client, a leading global bio-pharmaceutical company. Job Summary:
Experience with Batch documentation, GMP environment is strongly
preferred. The shifts for this opening will support one of the
current shifts (not yet determined). 7-4 or 10-7. Job Details:
Routinely perform moderately-complex to complex processes according
to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Responsibilities include:
Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment Setting up
and operating equipment Assisting or participating in other
manufacturing operations (e.g., filling support activities)
Internal support operations (e.g., stocking items, tracking
inventory, material movement) Recognizing and reporting
malfunctions and making necessary adjustments to equipment.
-Training new MPTs on routine tasks. Required to know, comprehend,
and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and stay compliant
with GMP training. Must follow and document batch records for the
filling process. Reconcile components and products and calculate
product exposure to room temperature. Top Must have Skill Sets :
Ability to interpret and follow Standard Operating Procedures
(SOPs) Strong desire to work efficiently in a team setting Work
ethic to excel in a highly detail-oriented regulated environment
(GMP) Bachelor’s degree in science, preferred GMP experience Must
have experience in manufacturing, manufacturing operator Day-To-Day
Responsibilities : Supporting the manufacturing team with all daily
assigned tasks. Red Flags : Lack of GMP experience; manufacturing,
manufacturing operator Not seeking quality control lab experience
lack of detail-oriented approach to their work or problem-solving
