This role is a part of the Asset Management group, which acts as a service organization within Niagara's plants and corporate teams, facilitates and resolves technical, administrative and interpersonal issues while ensuring smooth plant operations and positive corporate relationships and supports new plant rollouts, including commissioning job walks. The role will also be responsible for tracking repairs and ensuring the OEM provides all of the closeout documentation.Monitor plant facilities maintenance and ensure compliance with defined key performance indicatorsFacilities applications include, but are not limited to:Fire suppression systemsHVACAutomatic Storage and Retrieval SystemsBuilding/groundsWork with suppliers to ensure that all Niagara plants are receiving proper maintenance serviceCreate reports on facilities maintenance spend to monitor and achieve the defined metricsCompile and track action items at each plant and assist with prompt completionOversee plant facilities continuous improvement or upgrade projectsDetermine cost savings/ROI of potential facilities projectsImplement facilities upgrade projects with our engineering teams at the plantMaintenance SupportEnsure quality specs are being adhered to by OEMsIntervene where applicable to drive OEM resultsConduct supplier audits across the network (in collaboration with Asset Reliability team)Communicate plant support requirements to OEM and manage technical support processesPerformance and Maintenance ContractsApprove contract testing criteria of all plant production equipment in partnership with procurementIncorporate maintainability options during purchasingDevelop and execute maintenance contracts for all plant fixed assetsUtility Trending and OptimizationDrive and implement energy saving initiatives across the networkDesign utility measurement systems and communicate with project managementManage vendors for facilities maintenance programConduct business and action item reviews with facilities maintenance vendors as neededBuild and maintain service contracts for plants in the areas including, but not limited to:HVAC maintenanceFire protection system maintenanceAncillary equipment maintenance Liaison to supplier(s), OEM's, and various plant manufacturing team members to resolve issues and provide feedback to stakeholders.Analyze and present data and findings to increase visibility for team on issue resolution techniques, common trends, etc.Create matrices with departments, production teams, and vendors illustrating key performance indicators.Create technical specifications and job aid documents to support all visualization tools and spreadsheetsWork on special projects as assigned by Supplier Relations leadershipRequired travel estimated to be QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:0 - 2 Years - Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment0 - 2 Years - Experience in Position0 - 2 Years - Experience managing people/projects*experience may include a combination of work experience and educationPreferred Qualifications:0 - 2 Years- Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment0 - 2 Years - Experience working in Position0 - 2 Years - Experience managing people/projects*experience may include a combination of work experience and educationEducationMinimum Required:Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experiencePreferred:Master's Degree in work-related fieldCompetenciesFamiliarity with relevant OSHA codes and NFPA fire and electrical codes (70E, 25, etc.)Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner;
