Job Summary: The Senior Portfolio Scheduler is accountable to
provide all scheduling and planning support to the Disneyland
Resort for all Capital and Expense requests. Work with resort
partners in analyzing problems related to schedule to develop the
best solutions for the Disneyland Resort. Work in close
coordination with Program Managers and other resort partners in
developing, managing, and maintaining down/no down master
schedules. Work with other resort partners and provide support in
building, coordinating, and managing future year Capital and
Planned Work Expense requests for the Disneyland Resort. Develop,
maintain, update, and work with I.S. as one of the database
managers for the Primavara, FAMPort, and PMWeb databases, and
develop and manage toolsets for the Primavera and PMWeb databases.
Develop high-level schedule summaries for executive management.
Develop reports for distribution to the resort. Work in close
coordination with Business Resource Management during the Capital
and Planned Work Expense budget development / AOP cycle. Can plan
and direct an entire activity or the activities in a state of
change. You will report to Manager Project Controls.
Responsibilities: You Will: Develop, update, and manage the Resort
wide Master Construction Schedule. Ensure close coordination with
Program Managers, Project Managers, Estimators, and other LOB
resort partners. Oversee the maintenance of existing databases
(Primavera, FAMPort, PMWeb and CROC), report development and report
distribution. Supply executive management and other partners with
project schedules and reports including the master quarterly and
weekly schedules. Perform planning and scheduling activities for
the Facilities Division through independent evaluation, techniques,
and procedures. Interface/maintain liaison with all partners on all
planning and scheduling related items. Perform additional
assignments per supervisor's direction. Manage non supported I.S.
related tasks essential to the operations of the Facilities
Division (PMWeb, FAMPort). Represent the Facilities Division at the
Resort Planning Team meetings, event services meetings, special job
walks, and with the CROC team. Become Familiar with PMWeb Database
fields and provide SQL Reports as requested by Project Management
Basic Qualifications: You Have: Database management skills;
Scheduling applications(Primavera P6), Microsoft Office (Word,
PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Project) and Microsoft SQL Server.
Project Management skills. Analytical skills, and ability to
develop reports (Visual or SQL) to convey information requested by
Management Previous relevant work experience DPEP_Media Preferred
Qualifications: Historical knowledge of the Disneyland Resor t
Required Education B.A./B.S. in Computer Science or Construction
Management related field with knowledge base listed above, or 5
years relevant experience in this field.
