Job DescriptionSalary: $125-140k DOEWho we need:We're looking
for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our growing team!
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment,
HR project management, and partnering with other business leaders
to translate business needs into optimal people solutions. This
team member will work closely with the business to drive
engagement, talent development, help guide people decisions, and
anticipate talent needs. The mission of this role is to help fuel
the intelligent growth of our awesome culture and company!This
position is based out of our Diamond Bar office, which operates on
a hybrid schedule and requires COVID vaccination for all onsite
employees.What you'll do:
- Work across cultures and time zones on a global scale
- Taking charge of planning, developing, managing, and overseeing
HR projects.
- Provide recruitment expertise, advice and coaching to hiring
managers on recruitment decisions and market insights
- Analyze and forecast hiring needs
- Design, plan, and execute a full lifecycle recruitment and
selection processes.
- Develop other members of the HR team
- Works closely with management and employees to strengthen work
relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and
retention
- Plan with management to enhance the candidate experience.
- Identify training and development needs for individuals and
teams
- Drive the quarterly review process.
- Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs
to ensure success.
- Help training participants turn insights into meaningful
action
- Leverage HR systems (HRIS, LMS, ATS…) to minimize
administration and focus on manager accountability and driving
business results. What you'll need:
- Highly organized (project management certification a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or
relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience combined experience as HRBP and/or with
recruitment.
- Strong working knowledge of full-cycle recruitment
processes.
- 3+ years of direct experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and
Recruitment tools.
- Ability to utilize HRIS and other marketing tools for
recruitment.
- Ability to discover and address bottlenecks in the recruiting
procedure.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when
required.
- Available to work in-person at our Diamond Bar office. We are
currently working 3 days per week in-person at the office.Who are
