Volt is immediately hiring an Customer Relations Representative for a leading apartment community in Mission Valley.As a Customer Relations Representative you will:Work with the Customer Relations and Maintenance DepartmentsPromoting positive, proactive customer interactions to make their experience of the highest qualityPerforming resident retention calls and facilitating the resident retention process which includes renewal paperworkProviding input regarding how to continually improve and provide more efficient resident relationsAssisting residents with the move-in and move-out processAssisting with achieving financial goals through closing on renewals and transfers, participating in leasing goals and communicating the value of our communitiesProviding input regarding how to continually improve and provide more efficient resident relationsFollow up with unresolved resident concerns in surveys or reviews as neededMonitoring NPS and Yelp scores daily to improve the customer experience and maintain awareness of community reputationSolving simple to complex resident relations issues in a timely mannerAssisting with achieving financial goals through closing on renewals and transfers, participating in leasing goals and communicating the value of our communitiesEnsuring all relevant information regarding resident concerns and requests are accurately recorded in OneSiteCompleting and submitting final account statements (FAS)Performing community inspections to ensure aesthetics are maintained to company expectations, taking pictures, and documenting any damageManaging the eviction process from beginning to endConduct Move out inspections as neededParticipating in performance leasing consultant duties as needed (leasing, tours, etc.)This is a Full-Time Temporary OpportunityThe ideal candidate will have:High School DiplomaAt least 1 year of customer service experienceAbility to handle basic accounting fundamentals and conceptsAble to work weekends, holidays, and eveningsExcellent written and oral communication and social skillsAbility to float between 2 apartment communities (within the same area)Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 9 AM 6 PM (on-site) off Friday/SaturdayPay Rate: $24/hr.Experience with the following is a plus:LeasingProperty ManagementCustomer ServiceAccountingQualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
