Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Relations Associate to provide
customer support and assist financial advisor teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily servicing needs for an assigned customer portfolio and
support the onboarding process
Anticipate customer needs and recommend appropriate Wealth
Management support and services
Prepare and maintain documentation for transactions, monitor
account activity, and coordinate client reviews
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or
equivalent experience
1-3+ years of experience in the investment or financial services
industry
Working knowledge of standard concepts and procedures in the area
of expertise
FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or Series 63 & 65) registrations
preferred
State Life, Accident & Health and Variable Contract insurance
licenses preferred
